爱自己 love oneself

To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance.
Love yourself. Love the things that make you you.Your values and talents and　memories.
If you love yourself, you can jump into your life from a springboard of self-confidence.
If you love yourself, you can say what you want to say, go where you want togo.
The world can be a tough place, and some of the billions of people out there　will try to knock you down. Don’t join them. Do things that make you proud, then take pride in what you do. And in who youare.Who are you anyway? What makes you you? How are you like your siblings and　neighbors and friends?
If you were your own secret admirer, what would you most admire?

Keep pursuing your individuality. Keep being yourself. Becoming yourself. It　can be comforting to dress and act like everyone else.But it is grander to be different, to be unique, to be you.
I’m the only me in the whole wide world.
There is always one true inner voice. Trust it. Sometimes it’s hard to know who you are and what you want and whom you likeand why you like that person.The answers change because you’re changing.

I love my school

My school is in the east of zouping.There are some modern buildings in my school.It was built in 2006.There are a lot of trees and flowers around it.

The school looks like a big garden.More than 2000 students are studying in my school and about 150 teachers are working for us students here.

The teachers are very strict with us in our lessons.They work hard and often discuss how to teach the lessons together.

They all do well in teaching and they are very good with us.Also they are very friendly to us.

We often talk with each other about something that interest us together.Besides,we often do sports together on the ground.We all know it’s very important for us to keep fit.

I love my school a lot.

　Though most girls are not born with nature beauty, they love life and make themselves attractive all the time. They live the healthy lifestyle. They less stay up and pay special attention to the meal. Breakfast will not be missed no matter how busy they are. When they are not busy, they will learn to make some food and enjoy casual time.
　　They do not follow fashion. They have their own dressing style. It is important for girls to make up, even though people say beautiful soul is beyond everything. While dressing well can reflect a girl’s confidence and her charm. People will remember her at first sight for her special temperament.

球场上，进球了，大家为他们喝彩；辩论赛上，精彩绝伦的演讲，赢得了众人的喝彩；课堂上，有同学解出了一道极难的思考题，同学们为她喝彩生活中，处处可以为他人喝彩。可是，我们又有多久，没为自己喝彩了呢？

英语朗读比赛，我为自己喝彩
上周四晚，七年级举行了一场年级英语朗读比赛。
作为一名参赛的选手，我的压力不是一般的大。首先，各班虽然只有三名参赛人员，可都是从班里初选出来的六名再筛选出来的三名，可谓是高手中的高手，精英中的精英啊；其次，我抽到的是最后一号，要等其他选手都比完了才上台，全场人都看着你一人，压力比第一个上台的人还要大。最重要的是，我极少上这种场合，肯定会怯场。

紧张归紧张，赛还是要比的。我压制住心里的紧张，流利地读完了文章，回答了评委提出的问题，然后鞠躬下台。
这时候，名次在我心中，已经不重要了。因为，我战胜了自己！
德威英语面试，我为自己喝彩
星期天上午，我们去学校德威高中部进行了一个英语培训的面试。
一开始先做了听力，听的是一篇文章，这或许对七年级的来说有一定的难度，可我不慌不忙，答完了问题，得到了6分的成绩。
面试的时候，我不是很紧张，因为我知道，紧张会发挥得不好。我坐下来，先跟考官道了Hello，然后有礼貌地跟她开始了对话。
对完话后，当我得知我被分到Level 2时，心里很是激动。因为前面一批考完的七年级中，有绝大部分的人都是被分到Level 1的，我已经尽了自己的努力，达到了一个令我满意的成绩，很好了！
种子如果怕被埋在土里，那它永远也长不成参天大树；鲜花如果害怕凋谢，那它永远不可能结出成功的果实是的，如果我总是怕不成功，那我永远也不知道尝试
想当年的我，不敢在公众面前发言
想当年的我，遇到小问题就退缩
想当年的我，看见生人就紧张
而现在，一切都变了！
