6.Wednesday July 20, 2009 Fine

I had an unforgettable trip to Cambridge today.

The weather was fine today. My classmates and I went on a guided trip to Cambridge by coach. It took us about three hours to get there.

As soon as we got there, we were divided into several groups, with a professional guide to show us around. First, we were shown the King’s College, whose chapel (礼拜堂) impressed me most. It is the most spectacular (壮观的) building that I have ever seen. Then we visited other places such as Trinity College, and Fitzwilliam Museum. In the end, we walked along the Cambridge river and enjoyed the beautiful view.

Although tired, I spent the most exciting day in my life. I hope one day I can study in Cambridge University — my dream college.

7.July 8 2009

Today I went to the museum.I met some robots. I think I am also be able to have a robot in many years.I think they can help me do some dishes .They also can help with my homework.A good robot can make me happy.When i am upset ,they can tell jokes for me.I will have more free time to have a relax.

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

Park
There is a park near my home.There are a lot of beautiful trees,flowers and birds in the park.So many people go to the park to enjoy their weekends.They like walking or having a picnic in the park.But I like flying a kite with my sisiter there. 我家附近有一个公园。哪里有很多美丽的树、花和小鸟。所以很多人都喜欢到那里去度周末。他们喜欢在公园里散步或是野餐.但是我喜欢和我姐姐在那里放风筝。


Bedroom

My Room

Sunday
It was Sunday and I didn't have to go to school. I finished my homework the day before. So I decided to help mother do housework. I washed some clothes after I got up. In the evening, I sat at the table and began to write down on my notebook what I had done during the day.

I usually go there during the summer vacation to relax after many months in school in the city. I feel very comfortable with the familiar quiet life of the villagers.

For me the autumn or fall starts in September when school starts its new term. I usually do some shopping. The park also has many bright fall flowers; sometimes I see a small squirrel coming down from the tree to hunt for food on the ground. On the weekends, I sometimes like to fly my kite. Usually on the street corners you can see street peddlers selling warm baked sweet potatoes. This is a nice time of the year.

In the city, I usually do a lot of reading at home in the winter because of eh cold weather outside.

1) Spring Festival
Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a big meal .In many places people like to set off firecrackers .Dumplings are the most traditional food .Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .They can also get some money from their parents. This money is given to children for good luck . People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune .

The happiest time is comming .Go shopping is my favourite things in life.My mother and I went to the biggest supermarket in our city .We bought some clothes for Spring Festival with Bank card .At the beginnig we lost way because this supermarket is too big and our Bank card only can be used at -1floor so we go downstairs .My mother is earnest (认真的).Her clothes use half hour to pick up .At1:00P.M ,we finish this activity .We take a taxi to go home .

This day is too busy .We only have one day to Spring Festival .My father and I stick these Spring Festival scrolls(春联) on the wall . The work is to tired but we are happy . I can cut tape to my father and he stick .In this way ,we finish these tired task .After this ,we clean the room .1st ,I can clean the floor .The wall is owned to my father .And my mother clean the window .We cleaned our room at last .Oh!

My summer holiday
I had a happy summer holiday because I did many interesting things.
I went to the beach and I swam in the sea.I called my friend and played with them.I visited my grandparents and ate much delicious food.
Then I went to the zoo whit my sister.I was very happy.Because I saw a lot of animals.They were very lovely.So I took photos of all animals.I liked the butterflies best.They were colourful and beautiful.My sister liked it too.

Wang Li's Birthday
Wang Li's birthday is on the Mid-autumn Day. He was so happy to receive many gifts from his friends and parents. And for celebrating the Mid- autumn Day, Wang Li made two lanterns and his parents helped him to hang them up. Besides, his mother prepared tasty food for him, including mooncakes and birthday cake. In the evening, Wang Li together with his family went outside to admire the bright moon. Wang Li enjoyed himself very much on that day.

Wang Li's birthday is in the Middle-Autumn Festival , he got a lot of gifts from his parents and friends. Wang Limade two lanterns , his patents help him to hang up them . His mother was prepared the moon cake and birthday cake for him. In that special day , he and his family enjoy the festival together outside. He had a fun in his birthday and of course in the Middle-Autumn Festival .
