玛丽亚凯丽（Mariah Carey）近期麻烦多多，不仅处女电影《All That Glitters》延期推出，而近期凯丽因与Sony唱片公司的合约已到期，双方合作不愉快凯丽不得不另寻出路。这些问题还未完满解决时，日前凯丽又再惹祸上身，一音乐制作人指控她抄袭其作品。

据《纽约日报》报道，一位曼克顿创作人Veron Minow日前向当地法院提出起诉，控告凯丽94年推出的专辑《Merry Christmas》中，其中主打歌《All I Want For Christmas Is You》涉嫌抄袭他创作的同名歌曲，他更指凯丽曾答应向他支付创作费，不过事隔多年，凯丽一直从未有所动，所以Minow唯有将凯丽告上法庭要求赔偿。听过凯丽和Minow推出的这一同名歌曲的人士称，该曲确实从旋律、风格至歌名都一模一样，而凯丽的歌则是后来才推出，故她抄袭Minow的创作也不无可能！据统计，凯丽的专辑《Merry Christmas》全球共卖5800万张，到目前为止净赚5亿美元，如果法庭判决凯丽败诉的话，她将面临巨额赔款。
