1. The Olympic Rings
These five rings -- blue, yellow, black, green and red -- represent the five parts of the world now encompassed by Olympism and ready to compete against each other. Moreover, the six colors (including the white background) thus combined represent those of all nations, without exception. The blue and yellow of Sweden, the blue and white of Greece, the French, English, American, German, Belgian, Italian and Hungarian tricolors, the yellow and red of Spain are side by side with the new Brazilian and Australian flags, the old Japan and the new China. It is a true international emblem.
As an image of Olympism, Coubertin thought the rings had deep significance: that of the union between men. He multiplied the image to create a total of five rings. He designed and commissioned the Olympic flag to mark the 20th anniversary of the IOC's founding, on 23rd June 1914 in Paris. Coubertin never said nor wrote that he saw a link between the colors of the rings and the continents. For him, the five rings represented the union of the five continents, but the colors were merely those that appeared in all the different national flags at the time.

2.Olympic Spirit and World Harmony

Peace and harmony is mankind’s universal desire and expectation. From Athens of Greece to Beijing of China, the Olympic Movement has united sports with education and culture; it is not only a global sports event but also symbol of peace and friendship; it has become an important platform for promoting cultural communication and world harmony.

The Olympic spirit of friendship, goodwill and fair play is a call for cooperation and an expression of companionship. It seeks communion between nations and regions; it voices understanding between different cultures; it desires for all the harmonious development of body, mind and will. Therefore, it is hoped that extolling, promoting and popularizing the Olympic spirit can help create international harmony.

3.What is the Olympic Spirit ?

Olympic spirit? As we know,olympic spirit is "faster, higher and stronger."
However, in my personal opinion: Spirit of the Olympics is more important, "higher, stronger"

I think of myself as a progressive girls, I would like to pursue and complete is a moral spirit and struggle of life posture
Therefore, I understand this is "higher, stronger: Lofty Sport Moral, strong sense of team spirit and indomitable life Consciousness.

As we all know, Jones doping incident, I think that such acts should be very crucial, so as to own purpose and Violation of the principles of olympic the sacred and human spiritual civilization. Such behavior is not only on unfair the players but also Deceive the world.So Lofty Sport Moral
Plays an important part in the spirit of olympic games.


Teamwork is very crucial. Many activities are of a collective nature, and only a drop of water into the sea was not dry. Only a collective input, a display of unity and cooperation to the tremendous power .

What is the strong Life Consciousness ? In fact, it is a positive life attitude. Difficulties, a failure everywhere. As long as you do not give up their own, do not give up life. Struggle has been on. Final will certainly be able to get what you want.
