本研究采用问卷调查和访谈法,对上海市长宁区辅读学校在职的36名特殊教育教师进行了初步调查研究,了解其专业化发展现状。结果表明:长宁区辅读学校在职任课教师的总体素质尚可。但教师在知识、技能、信念方面的专业化程度参差不齐。在教师的构成比例上,年轻教师不足,非具有特殊教育背景的教师较少;在专业知识方面,教师对普通教育课程掌握较好,但对特殊教育学知识和对特殊儿童的了解尚显表浅;教学技能方面,教师教学目标掌握状况较好,但教学技能方面尚待提高;专业信念方面,教师的专业信念度较低,对专业态度和专业认识尚需提高。建议通过引进接受过特殊教育专业培训的师资力量,为教师队伍注入年轻的力量,丰富特殊教育学知识和提升教学技能,提升教师的专业信念等途径促进长宁区辅读学校教师专业化发展。
This research uses the questionnaire survey and interviews, to the Shanghai Changning District special education school 36 special education teachers were preliminary investigation and study, understand the status of professional development. The results show that: the overall quality is Changning District special education school in-service teachers. But the teachers in the professional degree of knowledge, skills, and beliefs of the uneven. As a proportion of teachers, young teachers lack, not with special education teachers less; in the aspect of professional knowledge, teachers of general education courses learn better, but for the special education knowledge and special children's understanding is superficial; teaching skills of teachers, teaching objectives to grasp the situation is better, but the teaching skills should be improved; the professional belief, professional belief degree is low, the professional attitude and professional knowledge should be improved. Suggestions by introducing received special education professional training of teachers, young teachers into power, rich special education knowledge and improve their teaching skills, enhance their professional beliefs such as the way to promote the Changning District special education school teachers' professional development.
