Living in the IT era, life does not go on without the computer and internet. Thus we must learn to use them. Also, there is a lot of knowledge that we can obtain from the internet; this can help us learn actively and improve our grades.

However, overly frequent online socialising leaves us with little time to study, therefore our grades go down. And many students are becoming addicted to computer games, which harms both our physical and mental health.

In conclusion, I suggest that students may use the internet moderately during school holidays, but not while they are in school。

What my parents is not a big man, not a hero, but they love me very much, they worked so hard to me, you planned to take care of me every aspect of life, I love them, they are my hero.

My mother is 38 years old, but she never tells others how old she is. She says she just doesn?ˉt want them to know about it! My mother is a well-known doctor in our area. She works hard.
