简历里面书写的话不能用这么轻松调侃的语气写的，我开始以为是你要站在台上说的，这么随意和口语化。
简历里面一般都属规规矩矩介绍自己的。面试时候你可以这样介绍自己，但是书面的简历最好还是formal些比较好的。
你可以这样写：

Brought up in a well-educated family, I'm cultivated into a young man with amiable character and sense of humor. Honesty, enthusiasm, team spirit and sense of responsibility are all reflected in my disposition. I'm also proficient in negotiating and cooperating with other people.

PS:简历里貌似没有自我介绍这项，都是教育培训工作经验获奖证书等等之类的，我觉得你最好多写些实的，多突出自己的专业技能和特长，这样把握才更大。自我介绍最好充分准备面试时候用！GOOD LUCK GUY!

"i will graduate..."中文化，一般也用be graduated,
"i think it has..."改is 较好，“which often finds..."
being found 更合理，思路还可以，祝你成功。

Sometimes I go to the English Corner to practice my spoken skills, and sometimes I write English letters to my friend. I enjoy what i am doing because I like English. Though I know i am not good at English, I’ll try my best to learn it well, no matter how difficult it is. BecauseI believe that where there is a will, there is a way.

这是写的还是要念的？如果是要写的话，尽量不要用缩写，例如i'll最好写成i will。这个是正式的写法，不要省略。如果是要念的话，那就没什么关系了。
