Why We Walk in Circles？
It is a well-known fact that a person will move in a circle when he cannot use his eyes to control his direction. Pitch-dark nights， dense fogs， blinding snow- atoms， thick forests— all these can keep a traveler from seeing where he is going. Then he is unable to move in any fixed direction but walks in circles.
Animals act the same way. You have probably heard the saying， “running around like a chicken with its head cut off”. Blind birds fly in circles； and a blind- folded dog will swim in circles.
Have you wound up a toy automobile and started it off across the floor？ Then you know that It will rarely travel in a straight line. It will travel， instead， in some kind of arc， or curve. If it is to travel in a straight path， the wheel on both sides have to be exactly of equal size. If they are not， the little automobile turns toward the side with smaller wheels.
Circular movement in walking is caused in much the same way. In most people， muscle development is not the same in both legs， so that the steps will be uneven. The difference may be so small that no one is aware of it. But small as it is， it can cause circular movement. By the same rule， a bird’s wings do not develop evenly，and so it will fly in circles when blinded.
We are going to have a trip this weekend. We are going to climb the mountain. We will meet at school. Some of us will go to school by bike. The others will go to school on foot. Then we will go there by bus.

This summer vacation I got a part-time job in a snack bar. At the beginning, I couldn＇t do well at all often made mistakes. I was very low-spirited,father mother encouraged me a lot. So I began to try my best. Gradually, I could do a very good job. I felt very excited when I received my pay for the first time. I already made up my mind to find another part-time job in this winter vacation. I believe I can do better next time.
3.团队合作非常重要(Teamwork is very important)
I am not fond of basketball,let alone to play it.But I have seen a wonderful basketball game between my class and postgraduate class.It is so wonderful that I cann't help asking myself "is it real".The answer is pretty yes.I also learn a lot from the game.
First ,teamwork is very important.You are sure to fail if you play by yourself.So five members must play together and well orgnized.Second ,you should have a aim.In order to reach it,you should try your best.
Last,never give up whatever have happened.Even if you get low scores,you shouldn't give up.If there is a will,there is a way.If there is a will ,there is also a opportunity.And you can make failure into success.Believe yourself and believe your team.You are the best one.
4.On Confidence论信心
As we all know, 'Failure is the mother of success.' But I just want to say'Success is the baby of confidence.'
First of all, confidence makes us happier in our life. Life is like a wonderful song, a bright and colorful painting. If confidence is with us in our life, we will find that life really becomes richer and more interesting.
Then, confidence makes us brave and courageous. If we lack confidence in ourselves, how can we overcome difficulties we meet with? If we have no confideuce in ourselves, how can we succeed in developing ourselves in the future?Without confidence, nothing can be accomplished. That is to say, if you want to win, you have to believe in yourself.
Finally, I would like to use the following words as our mutual encouragement:'If you think you can, you can.
5.Good Habits Keep Us Fit好的习惯使人健康
We should do sports every morning or every evening and often open windows to keep the air fresh. Wash our hands often,especially before meals and have healthy food and drink enough water every day. We shouldn't spit everywhere. If everyone has a good habit, we would keep fit.Do you want to be healthy? Do morningexercises for half an hour or forty minutes every day. Wash your hands before each meal and open windows very often even though in winter. Fresh air is good for you. Don't spit everywhere.I have another idea. Don't overwork. Too much work will be bad for you.
1.Last summer my parents and I went to Beidaihe. It was sunny and hot that day. My dad drove a car and it took us about three hours to get to the beach. There were thousands of people on the beach and in the sea that day. We walked along the beach and picked up beautiful shells for about two hours. Then we felt hungry and ate delicious sea food. After lunch we went boating with the farmer and we caught lots of different kinds of sea fish. We saw beautiful seagulls flying in the blue sky. Then we swam in the sea. It was really cool to swim and of course we had a good time. So that was un an unforgetble trip.
2.I had a wonderful time during my summer vacation.I went to a coastal city in the south part of China.There,at the beginning of the summer,the wind was mild and gentle;the scenery was beautiful;there were so many people coming from different parts of the country.We rowed our boat on the sea,and picked the shells on the beach.We took sun-bath in the shining sun.It was a very excited experience.I dreamed that I would go there if I had another chance.
3.I'm Gina .This year,i am fourteer years old .I'm a Middle School student .I have a dream ，do you want to know ? I want to share it with you ! My dream is decome a English translator.And i'm trying hard.I want to trave all over the world.Because i believe i can take the future,even if i will fail .I will try hard, and i konw if i study hard ,my dream will come ture!Because i believe i can ! Sometimes i am say “Gina ,you can did ok ,you are the dest !'I think this is a good means! You can try !"
4.In ten years,i think i will be a teacher .l think i will live yunnan,because i went to yunnan last month and i fell in love with it ,l think it's a very beautiful city.As a teacher ,l think i will meet lots of interesting kids. what'smore,as a teacher ,l will open my students eyes to outside world and give theme a good start in life.And l think l will live in a big house with my best friend ,because l don't like living alone ,In ten years,l maybe go swimming and running two or three times a week .l will go to Australia on vacation .And one day ,l couild even visit japan.
One day ,l think my dream can come true.
5.I have a healthy liyestyle.I'm pretty healthy. I exercise every day usually when I come home after school. My eating habits are pretty good. I try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. I drink milk every day. It's very delisious. I never drink coffce.Of course, I love junk food too. And I eat it once or twice a week. Oh, I sleep nine hours every night.So you see, I look after my health. I often get good grades. Healthy lifestyle helps me get good grades.
