也就是说穷人没有钱，很多地方只能看别人的脸色。
富人则有钱能使鬼推磨。你自己可以展开讨论：现在社会都是钱的社会。没有钱是万万不能得。

One without much money has to work harder to turn the tables. Complaints are useless, but discouraging. But too many people, especially in China, often complain that the society, the fortune, the boss, the colleagues, or their parents are unfair towards them. But they are unaware of finding the subject reason for their poverty.
I admit sometimes the external beings are not very equally fair to everyone in the world. But it is difficult to change the external situations on one's own. In fact, they themselves should mostly account for their poverty. Lack of knowledge, short of capabilities, or the residence where has less opportunities could all lead to the destitution. Firstly, they should blame themselves for their embarrassment. Secondly, they should be more aggressive. They will face a better tomorrow, if they are more diligent, more flexible, more active, and more responsible.
要穷只能怪自己,不完全正确,有些人一生就是走运,遇到什么事都顺心,当然不容易穷啊.而有些人的运势不好,和凉水都塞牙啊!但是总的来看穷还是怪你自己!如果你有实力,不懒惰,肯吃苦.会办事...你还会穷吗
The poor only have themselves to blame which means the poorness is caused by people-self and could not blame others but himself. However I don't agree with this opinion as there's also some other reasons may make a poor. For instance, a poor family gives a birth to a baby, and should the baby blame itself course it was born in such a poor family?
