Meanwhile, he is ready to help others when they are in difficulty,especially help them calm down whey they are angry. His favorite color is blue for blue represents calmness, which is beneficial for the mind and body. He is a boy who loves peace and hopes that there is no war in the world , where there is peace everywhere.
Simply speaking, stress means pressure which may make us feel uneasy in our daily life.
High stress is harmful to us for it will put us in a nervous condition and force us to lose confidence or even drive us mad . Some people may fail to resist the stress and in the end commit suicide.
Stress result from different fields, such as expectation of good performance in study, work, salary, friendship,etc. If we are unable to meet the goal which we set or fail to meet the requirement of others, we may face stess.
In order to improve our ability to fight against stress so that we could live a happy life , we must learn to deal with stress. Here are some advice:
