A lot of people ask me which book is my most favorite one, and I always proudly answer them “The Five Thousand Years History”, which is all history about China.
This will be a long story for me to read this book. First time I touched this book is when I was 5 years old. My mother bought it to me as my 5-years-old gift. This is a really wonderful present to me,which is opening a history gate to me , a totally innocent boy. I almost forgot the dinner after I read the first page. From then on, I was the historist in my class and showed my knowledge from that book to my classmeates. When I became older and older, I knew more about it and feel more confident about my own China. I am proud that I am a Chinese and I will make more effort to build a more powerful country and let Chinese history more brilliant.
As me, this is the most important book in my life and now I still read it and recite some part of it. I think everyone should read it and get this wonderful experenice.
从小的我，对书就有一种特殊的感觉。只要看见书，就会哭闹着要大人念给我听。那时，我会静静地趴在床上，听着大人念。那要是说起我因看书而闹出的笑话，那可真是数不胜数，让我来讲讲吧！有一次，我正在看书，看得津津有味，在厨房的妈妈喊道：“晓丹，快帮我买包味精！”我不耐烦了，拿了钱就往楼下跑，手里还捧着书，我对售货员说：“阿姨，买包围巾。”阿姨边拿围巾边问我，买围巾做什么，我说：“妈妈叫我买的。”买了围巾，我匆匆忙忙上了楼，问妈妈：“买围巾做什么？”“可以调味呀！”妈妈答道。围巾还可以调味，真奇怪！我不禁这样想。“晓丹，你买得是什么呀？”妈妈问，“我要的是味精！”糟了，我把味精听成围巾了，妈妈常说，我是个小书迷。
我爱看的书不可计数，有《一千零一夜》、《分类作文》、《安徒生童话》、《爱的教育》······我最喜欢看的还是《爱的教育》，安的作者是意在利的亚米契斯，说真的，我十分地佩服他。因为里面高兴地能使人欢呼，痛苦地能使人流泪。这本书让我懂得：要待人真诚，为正义而献世身躯，这就是值得骄傲的事情。
书，蕴藏着无究无尽的知识；书，隐藏着深刻的道理；书，包含着无数的盼望和期待······“书是人类进步的阶梯。”“书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟。”书，将带我们走进美好的世界，书，将还我们一个灿烂的明天！读书吧！书，将伴随着我们成长。
My Favourite Book
I enjoy reading different kinds of books, but "Harry Porter" is my favorite one. the story is very long but I am interested in it. Harry was such a brave and clever boy that he dared to fight against powerful enemies.
His Z-shaped scar and magic stick brought me into a magical world. In fact, the fiction story is so meaningful that I can learn a lot from it. I think it＇s the best book I＇ve ever read.

As a student, we have study for many years. During there years, we study Chinese, English, science and so on. In this period, with the improvement of our knowledge, we not only read the books in class but also read extracurricular after school. In my opinion Dream of the red chamber is the best book I have read. In this book, the great author Cao xueqin his view about love. He had firmly faith in what is the true love and try to tell us that there are different kinds of love, only one kind which should be considered as True Love.
In a dream, and under mythical circumstances, the main character of the novel, Jia baoyu, met the Fairy Disenchantment in the Land of Illusions. She showed him three "registers" each containing the names and "the happenings in life" of 12 girls in his clan. Each girl represents a kind of love.
From the stories which are unfolding in the novel, the reader should know the characteristics of the different kinds of love, and should be able to distinguish True Love from the other kinds.
True love is acceptance, committal, mutual and without any post conditions. The love between Lin daiyu and Jia baoyu is considered to be True Love. Just saying or hearing I love you is not good enough because talk is cheap. Action in mutual commitment is essential, as we can see in the novel.
