1轻钢龙骨吊顶施工的材料

　　(1)轻钢龙骨吊顶的龙骨骨架可以分为U形龙骨骨架和T形龙骨骨架，选择何种类型的龙骨骨架，我们需要根据吊顶的实际需要来进行选择。

　　(2)无论是U形龙骨骨架还是T形龙骨骨架，其主要部件中都有大、中、小龙骨。吊顶施工中需要用的配件主要有吊挂件、连接件以及挂插件等。

　　(3)对于吊顶中饰面板的选择，应该根据设计的需要去选择。

　　(4)吊顶中，需要用到的施工工具主要有：电锯、射钉枪、手刨子、钳子、螺钉刀、扳子以及方尺、钢尺等。

2轻钢龙骨吊顶施工条件

　　(1)对于轻钢龙骨吊顶，考虑到钢材本身的自重比较重，因此一般需要预埋钢筋混吊杆。对于预埋件的安装，一般情况下是在现浇混凝土楼板或者是预制混凝土楼板缝的时候，进行预埋。

　　(2)顶面的各种管线以及通风道已经安装完毕。并且已经确定好灯位、通风口以及各种明孔口的位置。

　　(3)在第一步中要求准备的各种工具以及材料已经准备完毕。

　　(4)吊顶施工操作平台已经搭建完毕。

3轻钢龙骨吊顶施工工艺

　　轻钢龙骨吊顶施工流程基本上是按照弹线→安装大龙骨吊杆→安装大龙骨→安装中龙骨→安装小龙骨→安装罩面板→安装压条→刷防锈漆的顺序进行的。

　　(1)弹线。根据楼层的标高线，还有设计的标高线，沿着墙柱的四周弹顶面的标高线，然后沿顶面的标高水平线，在墙上弹出分档位置线。

　　(2)安装大龙骨吊杆。在弹好线之后，我们就可以进行正式施工了。根据第一步所弹的顶面的标高水平线还有龙骨的位置线，确定吊杆下端头的标高。然后按照大龙骨的位置线，将吊杆的一端与楼板中已经预埋好的钢筋用螺丝连接固定。

　　(3)安装大龙骨。在大龙骨吊杆已经安装好之后，我们就可以安装大龙骨了。首先我们先在大龙骨上面预先安装好吊挂件，然后将已经安装好的吊挂件穿入相应的吊杆螺母中，并且将螺母拧紧。

　　(4)安装中龙骨。大龙骨安装完毕之后，我们接下来要进行的是中龙骨的安装。中龙骨的吊挂件应该按照设计中规定的中龙骨的间距进行安装，然后将中龙骨通过吊挂件安装在大龙骨上面。

　　(5)安装小龙骨。小龙骨是安装在中龙骨上面的。小龙骨的安装和中龙骨的安装差不多，也是通过吊挂件将小龙骨安装在中龙骨上面的。

　　(6)安装罩面板。在龙骨的骨架已经安装完毕之后，我们就可以进行罩面板的安装了。安装罩面板的时候，首先按照罩面板的规格进行分块弹线，然后先在中间安装一块作为基准。接着安装其它的罩面板。

4轻钢龙骨吊顶施工注意事项

　　(1)在吊顶的施工过程中，应该给吊顶的龙骨骨架涂刷防锈漆。

　　(2)吊顶的房间应该已经完成了墙面以及地面的湿作业和台面的防水工程。

　　(3)在吊顶施工的过程中一定要注意安全，最好是站在吊顶施工操作平台架上面来进行施工。

　　大功率照明灯的室内照明应用：可打破小功率节能灯照度不够用的使用局限，可以在高度高、空间大，对照度、亮度要求照明水平较高的楼、堂、馆、所、候机厅、候车室、会议厅、摄影场、舞台、厂矿、企业、大商场、影剧院、歌舞厅、酒楼、体育馆学校等方面。改善了环境照明使用状况。

　　大功率照明灯的室外照明中应用：可直接使用在高度6米-10米的使用环境中。如：车站、码头、广场、港口、机场住宅小区，体育场、球场、路灯及城市中的光亮照明工程等方面。

6分体式大功率灯延长寿命原因

　　分体式大功率节能灯初装时稍微复杂，成本稍高，但它克服了一体式大功率节能灯在高温和密闭灯具中寿命会大大宿短寿命的缺点，在后期的使用中也可以大幅降低重购成本和安装人工费用。分体式大功率节能灯延长寿命的关键是电子镇流器的高可靠性和完善的保护电路，否则一切都没有意义了。

　　分体式大功率灯延长寿命原因：

　　1、远离热源。电子镇流器内含半导体二极管、三极、电解电容、无极电容、磁环、磁芯等电子元件。随着环境温度的升高，这些电子元件的性能会产生偏差，如三极管的放大倍数增大，电容的耐压下降、漏电流加大等。特别是电解电容，体内的电解液在高温下容易干枯，国外有一工程师在文中提出：同等质量的电解电容，在其他条件相同的情况下，环境温度上升10℃，电解寿命宿短一半。可见，高温对电子镇流器的影响是致命的。

　　2、能有效设置保护电路。由于不受空间和温度的影响，可以在电子镇流器内设置可靠的抗浪涌电压保护电路;谐波和电磁干扰抑制电路;过流、过电压保护电路;空载保护电路;超温保护电路;灯管断丝;漏气保护电路等。一体式大功率节能灯在刚开灯时电子镇流器温度不高，随着灯点一段时间后，电子镇流器温度可达90-100多度，温差很大，且受灯头塑料件体积限制，无法有效设置完善的保护电路，通常在灯管寿终或出现异常时连镇流器一起烧掉。
