Healthy Lifestyle
If we want to live a happy and healthy life,we need to keep a healthy lifestyle.
Frist of all,we need enough sleep .Every day we should sleep for at least eight hours.Sleep very late is bad for health,so we had better go to bed before ten o 'clock at night .
Secondly ,it is also important to eat enough vegetables and fruits everyday.Vegetables can give us a lot of Vc and Vd.There is a saying:an apple a day keeps a doctor away,so it's good to have some fruits every day.Also,we need to drink enough water.
To sum up,we should keep a healthy life style.I wish everybody can have a healthy body.

It is generally believed that health is above wealth because without a healthy body, we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clean. Our general health depends on our daily routine and lifestyle. Therefore, a healthy lifestyle is important.

Two years ago, Henry used to live with an unhealthy lifestyle. He was obese and suffered from bad health conditions. After all, he decided to change his lifestyle.

Henry had bad eating habits. He used to consume a lot of meats and soft drinks such as cola. And now he started to eat clean and healthy. He eat more vegetables and fruits instead of meats and cola. Hence he had overcome obesity successfully.

Last time, Henry hardly ever exercise. Besides, he often feel tired and sleepy. Nowadays, he goes for a run every morning. He feels well and fresh after his workout.

Moreover, he was weak in all the subjects. Thus he lost interest in study. And now he finally got pay off by his hardwork. He makes great progress in every subject.

In conclusion, a healthy lifestyle is important to keep us in good health. Physical disability causes mental anguish. Therefore, we should take good care of both our mental and physical health.
