An Indian boy ran fast from a village in Mexico . In his hand , he carried some fish. Only a few minutes before, the fish had been caught in the river. 小荷已露尖尖角

见到谢佳老师的时候，她正在和学生热烈的讨论昨天校元旦艺术节的事情，咋一看，还以为她是个高中生。可就是这样一个年轻教师，给我们带来了一次次的震撼，和一个个的惊喜……

谢佳，女，现年24岁，湖北黄冈人；2006年6月毕业于湖南科技大学生命科学院，同年7月参加教育工作至今，现任我校生物高二备课组长。刚参加工作半年，她的才华就得到了初次展露---毕业论文《对大学生进行性教育的必要性》发表在省级刊物《湘潭师范学院学报》上，同年五月，她的《愉快教学法浅谈》获得省论文比赛一等奖。次年，她又与武汉大学的导师合力研究《高浓度锌离子对克氏原螯虾几种免疫学相关指标的影响》，该学术成果已发表在全国级刊物《生态与农村环境学报》。

这个小妹子不但写文章有一手，而且在教学上大胆创新，积极进取，她的课深受学生欢迎，并得到市教研员吴泽荣等诸位老师的好评！

2007年，湖南省正式启用新教材，知识点加深，课时量相对紧张，实验条件简陋，怎样保证教学效果呢？身为备课组长的她动足了脑筋！带学生做泡菜，教学生做标本，跑工厂拍摄苹果醋的加工过程……

“功夫不负有心人”，2008年，谢佳老师的努力收获了一个大大的“红包” ！

阳春三月，她所撰写的《探究新课改中的大胆创新》获得省论文评比三等奖。金秋十月，谢老师与学生经过一个多月实验的新课题《生长素的生理作用》获得全省生物年会优质课竞赛二等奖，并得到省教研员董仲文老师的肯定！冬意绵绵的十二月，从省电教馆再次传来喜讯，我校年轻教师谢佳荣获“湖南省2008年信息技术与课程整合三优联评活动”教学课件一等奖、教学设计一等奖、教学课例一等奖以及三优联评一等奖。

笔者问及谢老师有什么感触的时候，她很坦然的说：“我只是一个很普通的年轻老师，很多方面都还做得不够，需要向各位多多学习。今天的成绩不只属于我，而应该属于整个涟源一中生物组！没有梁威老师、陈山名老师、黄志高老师、陈新平老师等优秀教师的悉心指导，我不可能有今天。2008年已经过去，我需要以更加饱满的热情迎接2009年的到来！”

说完，她回以一个浅浅的微笑。哪里是微笑？那分明是一朵含苞待放的池中芙蓉……

——省“三优联评”一等奖获得者谢佳老师侧记

小荷已露尖尖角

见到谢佳老师的时候，她正在和学生热烈的讨论昨天校元旦艺术节的事情，咋一看，还以为她是个高中生。可就是这样一个年轻教师，给我们带来了一次次的震撼，和一个个的惊喜……

谢佳，女，现年24岁，湖北黄冈人；2006年6月毕业于湖南科技大学生命科学院，同年7月参加教育工作至今，现任我校生物高二备课组长。刚参加工作半年，她的才华就得到了初次展露---毕业论文《对大学生进行性教育的必要性》发表在省级刊物《湘潭师范学院学报》上，同年五月，她的《愉快教学法浅谈》获得省论文比赛一等奖。次年，她又与武汉大学的导师合力研究《高浓度锌离子对克氏原螯虾几种免疫学相关指标的影响》，该学术成果已发表在全国级刊物《生态与农村环境学报》。

这个小妹子不但写文章有一手，而且在教学上大胆创新，积极进取，她的课深受学生欢迎，并得到市教研员吴泽荣等诸位老师的好评！

2007年，湖南省正式启用新教材，知识点加深，课时量相对紧张，实验条件简陋，怎样保证教学效果呢？身为备课组长的她动足了脑筋！带学生做泡菜，教学生做标本，跑工厂拍摄苹果醋的加工过程……

“功夫不负有心人”，2008年，谢佳老师的努力收获了一个大大的“红包” ！

阳春三月，她所撰写的《探究新课改中的大胆创新》获得省论文评比三等奖。金秋十月，谢老师与学生经过一个多月实验的新课题《生长素的生理作用》获得全省生物年会优质课竞赛二等奖，并得到省教研员董仲文老师的肯定！冬意绵绵的十二月，从省电教馆再次传来喜讯，我校年轻教师谢佳荣获“湖南省2008年信息技术与课程整合三优联评活动”教学课件一等奖、教学设计一等奖、教学课例一等奖以及三优联评一等奖。

笔者问及谢老师有什么感触的时候，她很坦然的说：“我只是一个很普通的年轻老师，很多方面都还做得不够，需要向各位多多学习。今天的成绩不只属于我，而应该属于整个涟源一中生物组！没有梁威老师、陈山名老师、黄志高老师、陈新平老师等优秀教师的悉心指导，我不可能有今天。2008年已经过去，我需要以更加饱满的热情迎接2009年的到来！”

说完，她回以一个浅浅的微笑。哪里是微笑？那分明是一朵含苞待放的池中芙蓉……
